Both the Balboa Theatre and Civic Theatre have Accessible Wheelchair Seating, restrooms and audio assistance systems. Side Orchestra Transfer Seating (swing-out arms for easy transfer from wheelchair or scooter) are available on the main floor Orchestra level, on both right and left aisles, of both the Balboa Theatre and the Civic Theatre. |

Balboa Theatre Features - Dedicated Accessible Wheelchair Seating is available on the main floor Orchestra (row H—House Right entry) and rear Orchestra (row X). Accessible Restroom facilities are located on the main floor (East), Salon, Loge and Balcony levels of the Theatre. All seats in the Orchestra section, rows A through Z are accessible via sloping walkways, no stairs. Civic Theatre Features - All levels of the Theatre are served by two lobby elevators. Dedicated Accessible Wheelchair Seating is available on the main floor Orchestra, Dress Circle and Mezzanine levels with all seats in the Orchestra section, rows AA through V, accessible via sloping walkways, no stairs. Use of the elevators, to access seats in Dress Circle (row H) and Mezzanine (row W) and Upper Loge (row H) without stairs.

Certified Companion and Guide Animals are allowed in the Theatres during performances. However, should the animal create any disturbance to surrounding patrons, the owner and animal may either be moved to another location or be asked to leave the seating area. Please contact the Civic Theatre Ticket Office for information on seating areas suitable for this circumstance. |
