Cut your tickets in half and make a copy. Simply fax the copy and completed form to (619) 564-3084. You MUST call (888) 937-8995 to confirm receipt of fax.

You may exchange your tickets in person at the Civic Theatre Ticket Office, 3rd & B Streets, Downtown San Diego. Monday-Friday 10am-6pm.
