About the San Diego Balboa Theatre
The Balboa Theatre seating has been completely renovated to provide maximum comfort to our patrons within a historic venue. With a total seating capacity of 1,339 the Balboa Theatre features a Main Floor Orchestra and second level Loge and Balcony sections with center section seat numbers in consecutive order beginning with 101. The House Right sections, with even-numbered seats, begin with seat 2 on the center right aisle and move outward. House Left sections, with odd-numbered seats, begin with seat 1 on center left aisle and move outward. Orchestra rows are alphabetical from the stage beginning with row A. Please note that during certain performances where the Orchestra Pit or Extended staging is not required, 2 additional rows (AA and BB) may be added in front of row A.
