How to Return Your Tickets to Shows Eligible For a Refund

 

Step 1:

After choosing the eligible event, click on the “…MORE” option and choose RETURN.

Step 2:

Select which seats you would like to RETURN. Click Continue.

 

Step 3:

Choose from available options. Click Continue.

 

Step 4:

Review the details of your RETURN. When ready, click Submit.

 

Step 5:

Your RETURN is all done. You will also receive a confirmation email.
