b'LIVE AT THE BALBOA THEATREMAY 28, 2023AT THE BALBOA THEATRE!Broadway San Diego is thrilled to invite public and private high school students in San Diego County to participate in the 2023 Broadway San Diego Awards.TheBROADWAY SAN DIEGO AWARDS celebrate excellence in high school musical theatre and we are excited to be back in-person at the Balboa Theatre. Once again, our two San Diego winners will go on to represent our community at the Jimmy Awards ceremony on June 26, 2023 at Broadways Minskoff Theatre in Manhattan in New York. This years competition began as a hybrid model in which high school educators nominated up to four (4) students from each school. Students submitted their auditions virtually and plans are underway for the next round, semi-finals, to be in-person.
